韦德1946官方 also prohibits retaliation against any person opposing discrimination or participating in any discrimination investigation or complaint process internal or external to the institution.

性骚扰, 性侵犯, 约会和家庭暴力, and stalking are forms of sex discrimination, which are prohibited under 第九条 and by 韦德1946官方 policy.

A person may also file a complaint with the appropriate federal, 状态, or local 年龄ncy within the time frame required by law. Depending upon the nature of the complaint, the appropriate 年龄ncy may be the federal Equal 就业 Opportunity Commission (EEOC), 民权办公室(OCR.S. Department of Education, and/or the NM 人类 Rights Bureau].
